It uses the object-oriented analysis and design method, comprehensively based on the J2EE technology’s multi-layer architecture and EAI technology to completely independent design development which realizes seamless integration and standardized interface design method. This design has realized entire telecommunication marketing service, order form dispatch production service, resources allocation management and operating decisions support function which included public phone business, data business ,web renting business ,value-added business and so on.
